IMPRESSIVE describes Brett’s team regarding the installation of our new split system air conditioner. Brett organised all aspects including the removal of the old system. Brett’s communication was fantastic and he kept us updated throughout the entire installation process. Brett’s suggestion to replace our existing square ceiling vents with circular diffusers was great advice. The resulting look is aesthetically cleaner and modern.
The new system performed effortlessly throughout the summer and we look forward to testing the heater in the coming winter months.

This was a most rewarding experience. The efficiency, kindness and professionalism of the staff was fantastic, and the service was fast and efficient. The installation was great. It was for a small air conditioning unit inside my sister's bedroom. Great care was taken with very little dust or residue. The outside unit was installed very efficiently in just the right place. All in all we couldn't be more satisfied. This is the 2nd unit installed for us by this company and we highly recommend them.

nov 2018 Recently had brett quote and install aircon in daughters flat had to run extra power from main house did really safely and efficiently, ryan and tom on site .great job.
oct 2019 Had to get old wiring removed and new cable in main house and powerpoints redone brett organised ryan and tom they did a top job under difficult conditions as house is old. great job again good rates .

After being let down by two Air-conditioning businesses in the Boronia area, Aircon & Electrical were great. The first person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgable and assisted with arrangements to help my 80 year old mother to get a new heater. The Tradesman that called to confirm the time, date and unit model was also fantastic. Both were very polite and helpful to a customer that knew nothing about Ducted Heating Units. I will definitely be recommending and taking my business to them in the future

Purchased a 2.5kw split and had it installed by AES. Andrew was quick and punctual to quote. Ryan came on time to do the installation and was very professional and did a fantastic job. The indoor and outdoor units were mounted very well and he cleaned up afterwards as well.
I'd recommend this company for A/C split installations and will definitely be a return customer for some more installations in future.
13/03/2020 Update: I can now comment on the post installation support received from AES. My split system had an issue discovered the day after installation which happened to be a weekend. I emailed the company not expecting a response until the next business day but was surprised to get a response straight away letting me know they will come around on the next business day to have a look.
While we could not get the fault to happen on the spot while they were here, the advised to let them know if it happens again and they'll send someone out to do further diagnosis and actions. The problem happened again and they came a couple of days later and did some preventative measures which appear to have fixed the problem.
The problem wasn't related with the installation and I really have to commend AES for their work ethic and professionalism. It really pays to go with a reputable installer like AES (even though their fees are comparable to everyone else anyway). Great work AES!

Brett and the team at Airconditioning & Electrical Services Aust. Pty/Ltd. were super efficient and provided an excellent service.
Brett quoted quickly and also had his team turn up right on time on the day they were scheduled.
I was especially impressed by Ryan (who fitted our units). He was polite, smiled, did everything quickly and efficiently with no fuss.

I don’t ever really post, so for me to do this, then it’s an amazing job done at an unbelievable low cost.
I shopped around so many places and Brett just smashed the competition. The Fujitsu unit that has only been released in the past 2 months, was heaps cheaper than any where else. And I mean heaps.
I’m really happy with the whole job, hence the review 🏆
I just wanted to add, he’s just such a good trustworthy guy. His factory was just super organised and clean. To a guy like me, the most negative person around ( yep have to work on that issue ) I was extremely impressed.
